What's the perfect paring to mango and tamarindo? No se! (I don’t know!) oh wait, a little bit of chile! A vanilla cake filled with a mango buttercream and a mildly spicy tamarind caramel

  • Peaches and Cream Cheese

A fun appetizer turned into cake. Vanilla cake filled with tangy cream cheese buttercream with peaches folded in and a salty/sweet ritz crackers and pecan crumble

What do we think of when you say elotes? Elotes slathered in crema, cotija cheese, and chile, of course! Cake? Not so much. But we’ve decided to change that and turn everything on it’s head! It’s insane AND yummy. A super moist corn cake filled with a tangy sour cream buttercream, cotija cheese crumble, and a Valentina hot sauce caramel

Decadent. Delicious. Moist chocolate cake filled with a salted caramel buttercream, cookie dough bits, and salted caramel

  • ChocoBanano

Instead of dipping bananas in chocolate (even though that is damn good too), we decided to combine the two into a scrumptious cake! Banana cake filled with a rich, chocolate ganache buttercream and caramelized bananas

FAQS

Can I customize a flavor? 

You may fully customize a flavor for customized cakes! I have these unique flavor combos for you to try for my pre-designed cakes, but you can let me know if you'd like to change something! For custom cakes, if you have another flavor you'd like to try, let me know and we can see what we can come up with! 

Are cakes covered in buttercream? 

The cakes I offer are not covered in buttercream. The buttercream I use to fill my cakes has too low of a melting point to be used to cover the cake. They are therefore covered in either white or dark chocolate ganache. The type depends on the decoration. I use white chocolate ganache to cover any white cakes or any cakes that use color. I will use dark chocolate ganache if I will be covering it in fondant. If you do not want your cake to be covered in ganache, please let me know and we will try to find an alternative. 

Are customized cakes still available to order?

Of course! The only cakes that are going to be available to order through the website are the pre-designed cakes on the ORDER page. If you are looking for a completely customized cake, please fill out the form on the CUSTOMIZE ORDER page and I will contact you as soon as possible to confirm. 

How much will a customized cake be? 

I price customized cakes by complexity of design and size. I can't give a final price until all the details of your perfect cake are explored and determined. However, you can see the starting prices of the cakes on the ORDER page to get an idea of the price range for the size of cake you will be needing. 

Do you offer delivery?

I do not offer delivery for pre-designed or general customized cakes as of right now. If you are ordering a wedding cake or for an event for more than 100 people, delivery is an option and we can discuss further when I contact you to confirm your order.
